For our final project, we will create an interactive tool for visualizing transportation networks. Most of the previous work has been static visualizations or GIFs, but these mostly focus on time lapses of how people move through these networks.

Creating an interactive visualization will allow users to focus on particular areas, see changes over time, or, depending on the datasets we use, see how different transportation networks interact. Additionally, neither of the examples in the link show the networks overlaid on a street map; visualizing these networks along with street or other identifying information can show inefficiencies and patterns in our transportation systems.
