How much time do we have for our presentation?
You have 15 minutes for your presentation. This includes Q&A. You may
choose to distribute the time between presentation and Q&A as you wish, but
you have only 15 minutes.
Do all of the members of the group have to participate in the
presentation?
Yes. We would like all members to present a part of the OAP. If one member
wants to do Q&A, that is fine.
How is the OAP presentation being graded?
There is equal emphasis on content and presentation style, with Q&A
taken into consideration as well.
Our team really doesn't like our time slot. Can we change it?
Only if you have an extremely convincing reason. Timeslots will not be changed after February 26th.
When is our slide deck due?
It is due by 9AM on Tuesday, March 4th. This is for teams going
on Tuesday and Thursday. Please post to your website in powerpoint format.
What do we need to bring to class?
A computer with your presentation if possible (just in case).
The schedule seems tight. Are we going to run over?
We are constrained by the class after us and cannot go over. In order to
keep things moving efficiently, the next team should go "on deck"
during the last two minutes of the previous presentation
