Participants include the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Curtin University, Australia, the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Indiana Institute of Technology, and others. "focuses on developing partnerships between Ministers of Education and funding agencies in order to promote effective education policies based on African leadership and ownership." Courses listed include "Africa Before 1885" and "Colonialism and the States of Asia and Africa" both by A. Ahanotu at Calif. State University, Stanislaus. (Fees - In State $539.50; Out of State $1,277.50). For the courses at Stanislaus, "Students must go to remote sites in Stockton, Tracy, Manteca, and Dos Palos.
