Owen Boochever, ’11
Beijing, China

The BOSP Asia internships pair practical work experience with immersion in a foreign culture. Through working at a Beijing based maternity and baby product retailer, I caught a glimpse of the inner-workings of a bustling retail business, and my
Chinese improved immeasurably along the way; I can't think of a better way to spend a summer.

Asia Internships are open to all undergraduate students at Stanford University. Each internship participant must commit to full-time work (a minimum of 35 hours per week) for ten (10) weeks.

Asia Internships

Bing Overseas Studies Program (BOSP) offers a summer internship opportunity in Asia for highly qualified Stanford undergraduates. Asia Internships are intended to provide students with an opportunity for deeper engagement in local language and culture, as well as the chance to gain firsthand, international work experience in a professional environment.
