The 200 scholars chosen annually for this highly selective scholarship program will work towards a one-year Master’s Degree at Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University in Beijing—one of China’s most prestigious universities and important base for the country's scientific and technological research.

Beginning with the first class in June 2016, Schwarzman Scholars will set a new standard for international study, giving the most talented students a better understanding of the new geopolitical landscape and preparing them for future achievement.

Each student will spend the year focusing on one of four academic disciplines:

  • Public Policy
