Getting Started
Before you can use any of the procedures described here, you must initialize your mailbox. If you have questions about the details of your particular voice mail installation, consult your Department IT Contact.
Standard parameters for voice mailboxes (e.g., when calls are forwarded, the number of messages you can store, etc.) are described on the overview page.
Rate information is available at http://departmentphone.stanford.edu/rates/ and prerecorded answer to commonly asked voice mail questions are available 24 hours-a-day by dialing 8-MAIL from your Stanford phone.
