Degree and Student Map

Monday, September 9th, 2013

The definitions and other metadata collected by the student data stewardship (SUDS-STU) group during Summer 2013 are informative about relationships and reporting groupings among properties of Stanford’s degrees and student populations. The draft Degree and Student Map illustrates the kinds of information, beyond strictly definitions, that are produced as part of the data stewardship and metadata collection process. We welcome any feedback on these drafts, or suggestions for similar documentation in other subject areas.
