Viable LAD territory, with stress-induced ischemia.
On the resting perfusion study, very severe hypoperfusion in noted in the mid and distal anterior and anteroseptal walls, as well as the apex. The stress-perfusion study does not reveal a worsening of perfusion in any region of the left ventricle. The resting metabolism study shows matched hypometabolism in areas with resting-perfustion defects.

The patient was reassured and underwent cardiac rehabilitation. The patient is physically very active without any symptoms.
