Clinical History

3 1/2 year-old male with intractable absence seizures since 10 months of age and developmental delay. Patient currently has 3-4 seizures a day, characterized by raising of the right upper extremity with the forearm flexed up to his eyes.

PET was requested to determine whether there is an epileptogenic zone for resection
