- Recurrent Glioblastoma
The region of ametabolism in right parietal lobe (red arrow) is consistent with resection. An area of hypermetabolism is seen in the posteromedial aspect of the surgical defect, suggesting tumor recurrence (green arrowhead). Other findings include a relative hypometabolism of the right posteroparietal cortex, and right thalamus, most likely due to radiation effects.Follow-Up
