The CT-scan of the chest confirms the presence of a mass in the right chest wall (green arrows). Whole-body FDG-PET confirms hypermetabolism of the mass (red arrows), highly suspicious for recurrence of tumor. Note that the increased activity seen in the arm (yellow arrow) is the injection site; this should not be confused with abnormal uptake.
