F-Test Stipulations
In order to apply this equation, we must first stipulate that s21 represents the larger of the two sample variances, and that s22 represents the smaller of the two variances. Second, the values of s21 and s22 must correspond to n1 and n2, respectively. n1 and n2, along with the significance level
are used in determining the rejection region within the graph. The F-distribution table requires three variables:
- The Significance Level

- The Degrees of Freedom for the denominator= n2-1
