Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) Stanford Dining is committed to Creating a Culture of Excellence and truly believes students come first and are the reason we are here. We would like to welcome you to our R&DE award-wining and culinary focused service. Through our extraordinary partnership with students, we are creating dining programs at the heart of your Stanford experience, which have positive effects on your eating habits and sustaining the environment. You will find that R&DE has assembled our team of chefs, managers, and staff who are here to serve you. I encourage you to discuss your particular needs with our team; they are here to make your dining experience exceptional.

Our student-friendly website (rde.stanford.edu/dining) provides a one-stop-shop locale for you to view and manage your meal plan, track your transactions of meal plan dollars, or sign-up for Cardinal Dollars, which you can use at various R&DE Stanford Hospitality & Auxiliaries retail cafés (hospitality.stanford.edu) conveniently located throughout campus.

Late plates and sack lunches are options available through all dining halls for students who cannot make it to lunch or dinner on time. We offer continuous meal service at Arrillaga Family Dining Commons on weekdays, starting at breakfast and continuing through dinner. This will allow students who are not able to make the traditional meal times due to class schedules, etc., the ability to eat a full meal.

A new late night menu is being introduced for Arrillaga Nights at Arrillaga Family Dining Commons, which is open seven nights a week from 9pm to 2am. You can also look forward to new espresso machine coffee drinks and late night programs. On the other side of campus, Late Night @Lakeside is open Sundays through Thursdays from 9:30pm to 2:00am and serves Star Ginger Southeast Asian specialties as well as the popular pizza, burgers, and chicken tenders.

The Florence Moore dining hall kitchen and servery were newly renovated this summer. In keeping with the original design intent of "California Living", a central bay of floor-to-ceiling and clerestory windows seamlessly brings the outdoors in. Flo Mo now features a large Performance Bar, heated granite countertops, an island cooking suite with display cooking, gas-fired ceramic deck oven, and a six-tier brass rotisserie.

Stern Dining Hall is home to Cardinal Sage, a Mexican/Latin American station which features burritos, bowls, and salads such as achiote-spiced chicken with roasted pineapple and chipotle salsa. The Star Ginger station at Wilbur Dining Hall and at Late Night @Lakeside focuses on Southeast Asian comfort foods such as pho noodle soup, banh mi sandwiches, salad rolls, comforting stir-fries, and noodles.
