Winter Closing

The deadline to move out at the end of Winter Quarter, if you are leaving your residence, is 12 p.m. (noon) on Saturday, March 24th.

All residences will remain open during Spring Break.

Spring Break Inspections Reminder

Beginning spring break, Student Housing staff will be inspecting student rooms and apartments in undergraduate housing. In preparation for June closing, particular attention will be given to maintenance repairs (e.g., lights out, window/door locks, light covers), potential damages, lofted and bunked bed safety, fire code and safety issues (such as candles, blocked evacuation maps, removed/covered smoke detectors). Inspection information sheets, noting violations, potential damages and service requests issued, will be left behind in all rooms inspected during spring break. Please be sure to carefully read over the inspection sheet and address all noted items, then sign and return the form to your local Housing Front Desk.

For more information, see Residence Agreement.

Moving in to Undergraduate Housing

All new residents checking in to Undergraduate Housing may pick up keys on Saturday, March 31st or Sunday, April 1st from 1pm-5pm at the Row Front Desk, 572 Mayfield Avenue.
