The Housing Assignments office assigns students to buildings and room types through the various assignment rounds. Students are not immediately assigned to a specific room, suite, or apartment. Specific room/apartment/suite assignments and roommate assignments are made shortly before classes begin for all residences except 576 Alvarado by Housing Operations and Summer Session (for Single Undergraduate Housing) and the Housing Front Desks (for Single Graduate, Couples without Children, and Students with Children). Students assigned to 576 Alvarado will select rooms through a house-operated process after check-in.
Students requiring further information regarding assignments to specific rooms or apartments may contact the Housing Front Desks. Roommate information is not available until check in.
