Apply through the Office of Accessible Education at http://studentaffairs.stanford.edu/oae/students AND apply for housing in Axess as an individual or a group from April 10, 2013 until April 19, 2013

Apply for Graduate Housing in 2013-14
(if you will need "couple without children" or "student with children" housing)
Wednesday, April 10, 2013 until Thursday, May 9 at 6pm
(Apply in Axess for renewal or new assignment in Graduate Housing)

Commencement Weekend Lodging Registration Is Open!

Make your reservations now to have guests of graduating seniors stay on campus for Commencement June 14-17, 2013.

DATES: Friday June 14, at 5:00 p.m. through Monday June 17, at 10:00 a.m.
Locations: Rooms will be in Stern and Wilbur Halls
Eligibility: Guests of graduating students
       Single: $87.50 per night (1 twin bed)
       Double: $112.50 per night (2 twin beds)

Room Condition Forms

If  you are changing rooms or moving into a new residence, please remember to complete the online room condition form. Room Condition Forms help you avoid being charged for damages when you vacate a space.

Housing Policy Reminders

  • Pools, bounce houses, trampolines - Due to the danger and liability these items present, pools, bounce houses, trampolines and other similar items are not allowed within or outside of residences.
  • Roof Areas - Accessing roof areas (including flat roofs outside of student rooms) is not permitted. Our roofs are not constructed for sunning, walking, or sleeping. Please stay off the roof for your own safety and to avoid damages.
  • Furniture - Common area and student room furniture is not designed for outdoor use and must be kept indoors.
