The Program in Medieval Studies draws together a wide range of disciplines: art and architecture; literature and languages; music; philosophy; religious studies; and economic, social, and political history. Faculty interests bridge Western, Islamic, and Asian cultures, and encompass both traditional and innovative materials and methods.

Undergraduates interested in completing a major in the field of medieval studies may apply to the Individually Designed Majors Program in the School of Humanities and Sciences. For information about this option, contact the Office of Graduate and Undergraduate Studies in the School of Humanities and Sciences.

The minor in Medieval Studies is not available at this time.
