Announcements

  • In response to the rapidly changing circumstance that we are in, Alternative Breaks @ Stanford is postponing TGB and ASB in-person service-learning trips until the university advises it is safe to do so. The health and safety of our community partners, co-leaders, and participants continue to be essential concerns. For the 2020-21 school-year, selected ASB and TGB co-leaders will lead a topic-centric course during Winter 2020-21 and with their participants will collaboratively organize workshops for the 2020-21 Alternative Breaks @ Stanford Conference on Community Organizing.
  • Winter 2020-21 ASB courses have been selected and established; their descriptions are posted under the "Alternative Spring Break" tab.
  • 2020-21 ASB courses applications are now open through Monday, October 5, 2020 to November 2, 2020 11:59 PM PST and accessible here.
  • Further ASB specific updates will be posted on this website and communicated through email. For email updates, please subscribe to our mailing list.
