Welcome to the website of the Stanford Chamber Chorale!
We're thrilled that our new CD featuring Haydn's Nelsonmesse has qualified for the current Grammy Awards cycle in the categories of Choral Performance, Chamber/Small Ensemble Performance, Program Notes, and Engineering (Classical)! First-round ballots are in the hands of Grammy voters, and we're working hard to get our recording heard! To preview the CD, visit here.
We're looking forward to our fall concert on Saturday, 14 October at 7:30 p.m. in Stanford's stunning Memorial Church. The concert will feature a richly varied program of a cappella choral literature, featuring Frank Ticheli's cycle Constellation: Three Poems of Sara Teasdale. Also on the program are luminous works by Ivo Antognini, Ola Gjeilo, Ēriks Ešenvalds, Maurice Duruflé, Norman Dello Joio, Robert Pearsall, and William Byrd.
