        • Erin Davies' car was vandalized with anti-gay slogans; she drove it around the country to raise awareness of anti-gay hate crimes. She has made a movie called FagBug and wishes to show it to Stanford students

        • Asking for $1500 to come to campus

          • We can ask for funding from art groups, activist groups, etc.

  • Group Brainstorm on new projects/issues

    • Trans awareness events

      • Last year—members wore pins saying “Ask me about Trans rights”

      • Ideas for this year

        • Bring Dragonsani Renteria to campus to speak

          • He is deaf, trans, and Chicano

        • Trans Week – movie screenings, awareness activities, panel

    • Raise awareness for queer homeless youth

      • Chloe Noble

        • “Operation Shine”

        • She is walking across the country for homeless queer youth

        • People who go to D.C. might be able to see her and potentially get her to come to campus

    • Hate crime legislation

    • STAMP – Stanford Theatre Activist Mobilization Project

      • If you have any ideas for guerilla theatre, run it by us and by STAMP and we can potentially collaborate with them

      • Guerilla theatre – surprise street theatre performed for an unsuspecting audience that raises awareness of an issue

      • STAMP is very queer friendly

    • Collaborate with local GSAs

    • Admit Weekend

    • Rally in response to Maine vote

    • Rally on the same day as March on Washington

      • Solidarity event

      • Focus on hate crimes, homelessness, marriage

    • Something to focus on latent homophobia in freshman class

      • Not as comfortable with the issue as the older, more mature classes

      • Homophobia seems to be getting worse because freshman are more cloistered in all-freshman dorms

      • Freshmen can do flyers to put in the bathroom stalls

    • Something to focus on the Athletic Department

      • There is a lot of homophobia on the athletic teams

      • Emma Goldman sent a letter to the athletic director asking for major changes to be made in the department already but did not receive a satisfactory response

      • Amping up the campaign—but we want to do it right so we need your help!

    • Host some kind of party hosted by the queer community

      • Terra Party

      • QSA hosts a queer formal in the winter

      • GenderFuck

      • Maybe do something for the freshmen?
