How To:  End Disputed Travel Card (TCard) Transactions

Before You Start

A disputed TCard transaction can be reconciled for two reasons:

  • The disputed transaction is actually legitimate (end the dispute), or
  • A credit transaction is received from the merchant or the card provider that is a full or partial credit for the disputed transaction.

Follow the steps below to reconcile a disputed TCard charge in the Expense Requests system. You must be the TCard verifier to perform this task.

If a Credit Transaction (full or partial credit) is received for the Disputed Transaction
