How To:  Set Up iProcurement Preferences

Before You Start

Preferences must be setup in iProcurement in order to shop with SmartMart or iProcurement.

  • Ask your manager / department for the Project, Task, Award (PTA) that you will use most frequently for purchases.
  • Ask what Expenditure Type will be required with the most frequency (see Buy / Pay Guide).
  • Look up your building deliver-to code (labeled Bldg ID) on the Maps & Records Buildings List web site.
