ARCHIVED Bulletin: Controller's Office Moves to Porter Drive (Posted July 24, 2008)

As of July 25, 2008, The Controller's Office headquarters has moved to its new location at 3145 Porter Drive. The move includes Controller's Office departments previously located at 655 Serra Street, 651 Serra Street, and 616 Serra Street (Encina Hall). These departments will be closed on Friday, July 25, 2008 for the relocation.

Student Financial Services and the University Cashier's Office remain on campus in the Maude Modular at 632 Serra Street, and will be unaffected by the move.

Customer service counters for Disbursements and Payroll also remain on campus in a new consolidated location in the Maude Modular at 632 Serra Street. Services include:

  • Pick-up of will call checks
  • Pick-up of Purchasing Cards
  • Secure drop box for delivery of documents to Porter Drive, couriered twice daily
  • Computer kiosks for accessing online Controller's Office support services
  • General Customer Support
