ARCHIVED Bulletin: Issue With Burdening on Some April Transactions (Posted April 22, 2008)
A bug in the system impacted how burden rates for fringe benefits, indirect costs, infrastructure, etc. were applied to some transactions processed in April.
- Transactions posted as of March 2008 were processed correctly. If you run reports for March 2008, the data is accurate and complete.
- Transactions processed after Friday, April 11th were not burdened. If you run a report for April 2008 (the period in progress), the burdening transactions will not be complete, and the actual costs on the report may be understated.
- Burdening on commitments is accurate.
We are working with Oracle to obtain a fix for this issue. We will let you know when the issue has been resolved.
