ARCHIVED Bulletin: iOU Alert - Problem with iOU Backup Documents (Posted March 20, 2008)


iOU System users are unable to view online images of backup documents. After clicking the link "View Backup Documentation", users are reporting a variety of error messages and system hang ups.


Until the problem is resolved, originators and approvers ARE NOT able to view backup documents on line.

Action Required

  • Please HOLD OFF on faxing in backup documents.
  • Please DO CONTINUE to enter transactions in the iOU system.
  • Please DO NOT re-fax backup documents processed earlier today.


We will notify users as soon as the problem is resolved and it is okay to resume faxing in your backup documents. Thank you for your patience while we work to correct this problem.
