Event Proposal Timeline
Tuesday meeting – Propose you event idea during our lunch time meeting or send your event proposal to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the start of this meeting (before noon). Events will be selected by a group vote at the end of the meeting. Hosts of selected events will be sent an informational email by Tuesday evening detailing next actions.
Wednesday evening – Deadline for new hosts to request access to the Team Drive and the hosts listserv (if you are not already on it).
Thursday evening – Deadline to submit event information detailed in the email you received on Tuesday.
Sunday evening – Email advertising the next round of events will be sent out to the gspb-members list.

The following Friday – The first day an event in this round may be held.
