Course Requirements and Grading:

Regular class attendance and full participation in oral work, group activities, etc. are required in order to pass this course. It will be difficult to make up classes that you have missed since so much of the course is based on video material and group activities.

In addition to reading and writing assignments the students are expected to spend time in the language lab (or in the computer cluster of their residence hall or working on their own computer) in order to make full use of the multimedia resources available to them in this course.

Fifth unit-   Optional
One hour speaking session with Estee  Grief or Biblical Hebrew  with Gallia Porat is optional but highly encouraged.
