normal huntingtin

This is the normal, non-diseased form of the huntingtin protein, which is a key protein in Huntingtin’s Disease. It exists in all humans but has a chemically different form in people with HD. Please note that although Huntington’s disease is spelled with an o, the correct spelling of the protein involved is huntingtin with an i.
