Author Guidelines

The Journal of Organizational Theory in Education follows the format of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th Edition.  As submitting authors, we encourage the standards to be followed as closely as possible.  Some suggestions as you prepare your manuscript:

1.  When citing two authors for a journal, remember to include a comma prior to the ampersand.  For example, Brazer, D., & Sabina, L.  (2015)

2.  Please place two spaces after each punctuation mark; this allows readers to have necessary spacing when reading text.

3.  For formatting purposes, any headings that we use in the journal are centered and 14 pt. font.  Any subheadings or section headings are left-aligned and 12. pt. font.  Please follow this procedure when preparing your manuscript, so that the editor can format your headings appropriately.

4.  Please place illustrations, figures, graphs, and tables in the appropriate place in your submission.  This ensures that your graphical representations are placed appropriately in the final published version.

5.  Include an abstract of roughly 75-150 words with your submission.
