Some dedicated people are helping the disabled participate in the computer
revolution 

Computer use has been awkward at best for blind, mobility-impaired, and other
disabled users.  

That's all changing. Screen magnifiers, voice-recognition software, screen
readers, speech synthesis software, software that reads Web pages, and
combination scanner-speech synthesizers are revolutionizing access for the
disabled.
