PNC to Debut ATM Service for Visually Impaired

PNC Financial Services Group and two visually impaired PNC customers have
reached a tentative settlement to provide access to automated teller
machines. Under the terms of the settlement, Pittsburgh-based PNC will become
the first financial institution in the nation to test the use of cellular
phones and specially trained phone representatives to guide visually impaired
clients through an ATM transaction.
