If you're an information technology director or human resource staffer in a
company with 15 or more employees, you are required by the Americans with
Disabilities Act to provide an accessible working environment for your
employees with disabilities. On the surface, this may sound daunting and
expensive, but providing accommodation to disabled employees doesn't have to
be expensive or complicated.  

There are thousands of assistive devices on the market designed to help
persons with disabilities, and prices are falling. Moreover, Windows,
Macintosh, and Linux include built-in assistive technology features, further
helping companies cut costs.
