VirTouch, an Israeli company that specializes in computer technology for the
blind and visually challenged, is launching a new class of software for
accessibiliity in the area of non-text computer images. 

Elements such as  photographs, maps, tables, and even flow charts, can now be
viewed through a mouse-like patented device that allows "vision" through the
fingertips.
