Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Developed by Katharine C. Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers, this instrument has been widely employed internationally by many organizations as a tool of improving productivity.  By answering a set of self-evaluation questions, the result will help show you:
- How you like to look at things, and
- How you like to go about deciding things.
The Enneagram (pronounced any-a-gram) is a study of the nine basic types of people: Perfectionist, Helper, Achiever, Romantic, Observer, Questioner, Adventurer, Asserter, and Peacemaker.  It explains why we behave the way we do, and it points to specific directions for individual growth.  It is an important and interesting tool for improving relationships with family, friends, and co-workers.
