Internship (Short-Term)
Youth Leadership Program Mentor & Workshop Assistant

Do you have a passion for promoting creative and reflective thinking? Are you motivated to mentor and inspire young people through offering your guidance and personal insight? Does problem-solving bring out the positive and growth mindset in you?

The Stanford CSDGC Youth Leadership Program is seeking 1 or 2 current Stanford students to assist with workshops in early January 2020. Workshop participants will be high school students from Shanghai, China.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBIITIES

  • Lead group discussions
  • Mentor team project work
  • Guide walking tours around campus
  • Assist with workshop organization and preparation
  • Assist with workshop exercises

Commitment to this internship is from January 11-21, 2020. A stipend is offered with this internship and will be paid on an hourly ($20/hr) basis. The workshop is scheduled for January 11-13, and January 17-21 (these are mostly non-class days) from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm. We can work around class schedules.

This internship may be extended to workshops in Summer 2020.
