Come hear Okan Can, a partner at a leading Turkish IP firm, talk about intellectual property practice in Turkey, touching copyrights, trademark, patents, and designs, the scope of personal data protection including in digital health, the internet laws and their impact on free speech on online platforms in Turkey.

ILS-ADSA Cantor Tour & Brunch

Come check out the amazing works of art we have on campus on Sunday May 10th

ILS, the International Law Society, and ADSA, the Advanced Degree Students Association, have set up an awesome guided tour of the Cantor Arts Center (Stanford Museumjust for you, with a docent to tell you everything you always wanted to know about the Stanford Museum, its highlights and history.

We will gather at 10:40 am sharp in the lobby of the Cantor Arts Center for the tour. After the tour (which will take a little more than an hour), we will head for a delicious free brunch at Coupa Cafe (next to the Green Library).

The whole tour with brunch should last approximately until 1:30-2pm.

Please join the Stanford Program on International and Comparative Law, the Stanford Center on International Conflict Negotiation, and the International Law Society for a lunch talk with Anna Makanju, SLS ’04, who will discuss the current situation in Russia & Ukraine, with an emphasis on her work as the Director for Russia Policy at the National Security Council.
