tau_T: $\tau_T$

Parameter used in boundaries.c to employ a surface wind stress in units of m$^2$ s$^{-2}$, i.e. $\mbox{tau\_T}=(u^*)^2$. Note that if the surface wind stress due to a wind speed at 10 m is given by

$$\begin{eqnarray*} \tau_{\mbox{wind}} = \rho_{\mbox{air}}C_d U_{10}^2 , \end{eqnarray*}$$

then to obtain the value for tau_T, one must use

$$\begin{eqnarray*} \mbox{tau\_T} = \frac{\tau_{\mbox{wind}}}{\rho_0} . \end{eqnarray*}$$
