Facility Rental Request

Use this form to request use of one of our facilities:

Hands-on Computer Labs ($140 per hour with a 4-hour min)
- POST (Redwood Hall G6 | max 18 )
- Birch Labs (Birch Hall, A or B | max 18 )

Lecture Hall ($60 per hour with a 2-hour min)
- Turing Auditorium (Polya Hall 111 | max 88 )

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Registrar's Office administers the usage of Turing Auditorium from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. To schedule during those hours go to 25Live.

Payment Information


Cancellation: Written cancellation requests must be received 5 full business days prior to the scheduled event to avoid charges. Otherwise, the renter will be charged the full amount.

Orientation and Technical Support: With your confirmed rental agreement, you are entitled to an orientation and one hour of technical support, (i.e., loading software, logistical coordination, etc.). If you require technical support over the one hour provided as part of this rental agreement, your account will be charged at the rate of $80 per hour. You must arrange for technical support at least two full business days prior to the event.

Refreshments: No food or drinks are allowed in the computer labs. Only capped water bottles and spill-proof travel cups are permitted. However, food and drinks are allowed in Turing Auditorium.
Note: You are responsible for clean-up and pick-up arrangements for refreshments. If the room is not left clean and ready for the next renter, a clean-up fee will be charged to your account to cover janitorial services.
