Nicaragua and Henry Carlisle

As part of our Nicaraguan education, we are going to become familiar with the names of many of those involved. Replying to Henry Carlisle, General Gard says: "Yes, the name Gen Lemley rings a bell. He was the Deputy Commandant at the Army's Command and Staff College in 1961-2 when I attended. Harold K. Johnson, later Chief of Staff of the Army, was Commandant. I knew Johnson better than I knew Lemley. Interesting as these names are, we need the input of non-military people, both American and Nicaraguan. Any suggestions, any contacts?
