Addison's Walk

Often Lewis would walk this path. It was on one such walk in 1931 with J.R.R. Tolkien and Richard Dyson that Lewis finally became convinced of the truth of Christianity. Eleven days later, Lewis wrote to Arthur Greeves, "I have passed from believing in God to definitely believing in Christ-in Christianity...My long night walk with Dyson and Tolkien had a great deal to do with it."
