Welcome to Stanford Zen Society

Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed? Are you interested in meditation or been curious about the new buzz word, “Zen”? Please join our gathering to find out! We are a non-religious group that seeks to share the benefits of Zen meditation with the Stanford community. We host weekly meditation practice on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Sanctuary Room on the 3rd floor of Old Union. Both beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome to join us: we offer guidance for both sitting and walking meditation. We look forward to sharing our practice.
