This tool for ArcGIS provides the user the ability to access imagery hosted by the TerraServer Server. It automatically downloads aerial photos or topographic maps (DOQs or DRGs) for whatever extent is in your data frame. It eliminates the manual saving of the world file from the terraserver-usa.com site. Once the images are in your data frame, simply right click on the layer and make it permanent, if you wish. Once the imagery is downloaded to the local drive, it can be used for a variety of applications or simply as backdrop data in projects or presentations.
