Angio-Localize

The Angio-Localize is software environment (Angio-Localize) for 2D-3D registration of 2D Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) and 3D Digital Rotation Angiography (DRA) images. Within Angio-Localize, correlated navigation of registered 3D DRA/CT/MR and DSA images is incorporated so that an AVM could be localized and contoured within a 3D image coordinate space. After localization, target outlines can be exported in DICOM-RT format for treatment planning. (download)

Normal Tissue Complication (NTCP) Calculator

The NTCP calculator uses a new formula for normal tissue complication probability (NTCP) described by Luxton et al., Phys. Med. Biol. 53 23 2008. Organ parameters for the new formula are given in terms of Lyman model m and TD50. Dose-volume histograms as exported by the Eclipse treatment planning system (Varian Medical Systems, Palo Alto, CA) serve as input for the calculator. The source code is available (download).
