Dear journal/diary/whatever I should call you so I don’t sound like a total sap…..LOTS of interesting things have been happening lately. First of all, Kierun has decided that I’m smart enough to learn all sorts of neat things like picking locks and stuff! It’s so much fun…I can’t wait till I get good enough to try it…think of the secrets I can learn then!

And I’ve got just the place to try it out….I was wandering about looking for secrets when I saw this lovely store with all kinds of sparkly things!!! It looked lovely so I had to go inside, they even had swords! I played with those for a little bit, sliced a few hairs and defeated a wyrm creature, until a little asian lady told me to be careful…huh! As if! I could probably slice off a nose hair out of her nose without even scratching her. She looked to be a good customer though, judging by the pile of stuff that she eventually bought, so I decided to listen to her and put the sword down….maybe I’ll go back later and get one…it might come in handy some day.

Anyway, so this weird asian lady was in the shop buying stuff…she seemed okay..actually managed to get the shopkeepers attention..which was amazing ‘cause he didn’t’ even blink as a far as could tell, most of the time I was in there. So she bought a bunch of stuff…including a puzzlebox I’d been playing with, which she actually GAVE to me. It was just WAY cool….but then she had to ruin it by acting all adult and not letting look at her other things….as if I’d STEAL them or something. So there we were after she paid for them, discussing why she wouldn’t let me look at this comb she bought, when in walked this ancient old black lady with this totally cool staff. I mean she was OLD….I said hello, very politely, I thought, even though the asian lady (I later learned her name was something like Ame…weird name, don’t you think?) was giving me an awful funny look..maybe she just thought my hair was cool?

So this old black lady said hello back and then the shopkeeper jumped up like she was like, just this totally important person, and said her stuff was waiting for her in the back. Wonder who she is to make that old statue jump up so fast?!?! I asked her what stuff in my most cunning manner and she said I wasn’t allowed to know, can you believe that? I’m supposed to know EVERYTHING! So anyway, I tried to get them to let me in the back room until Ame practically dragged me out of the place…I mean, it was SO rude! I guess I’ll have to just go back and see what’s there later

Okay, so we’re out side and that Ame is being really nosy and asking me about myself when this guy asked if we have any cigarettes….AS IF! I mean really, I don’t have the best nose in the world, but even I can almost smell cigarette haze from about 100 feet. So we looked and there was this really cute guy with red hair, but skin like an indian…we chatted a bit and he showed me this totally cool sparkly lighter that he had….I was looking at it but then he said something mean and I dropped it and pulled my knife to cut him a new smile….Unfortunately Ame distracted me by accusing me of stealing a silver rose that I had found in the park JUST because she saw some like it in the store…can you imagine?

So she stomped off to pay for this imaginary rose thing I stole, and I was left with hot hunk (I do mean hot btw…..the temperature rose around him when he got mad and he had FIRES for eyes….I mean it was just totally cool!) We chatted for a bit and then whatsherface came back out and told me I owed her money…anyway, the hot guy, Pye was his name, finally said he had to and then I followed Ame to that country western bar the hound dog before losing her…I would have thought she had more taste

Okay, enough for today…I’m going to go hunt up Kierun and see if he can teach me more.
