Michael Dickstein is an assistant professor of economics at Stanford University and a faculty research fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research.  His research and teaching fields include Industrial Organization, Health Economics, and Econometrics.  He holds a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Harvard University (2011) and a BS (summa cum laude) in Applied Economics from Cornell University (2005).  Before joining the faculty at Stanford, he was a postdoctoral associate at the Cowles Foundation for Research in Economics at Yale University.
