character substitutions are.
Please do not use a computer or the internet
to do the subsitution - just use your
brain and your knowledge of spelling and
punctuation to break the encryption.
This is a realistic step into code-breaking,
leveraging knowledge of likely words in the
plaintext to attack the encryption.
