Solve it by manually working out what the
character substitutions are.
Please do not use a computer or the internet
to do the substitution - just use your
brain and your knowledge of spelling and
punctuation to break the encryption.
This is a realistic step into code-breaking,
leveraging knowledge of likely words in the
plaintext to attack the encryption.

Include a picture of your solution scratchpad
with your messy process intact - 
it's neat to see people's thinking.
