立制。
“Emperor Huang’s officer, Cang Jie, looked at the traces left
behind by birds and began to invent writing to record a myriad
things and formulate the legal system.”
仓颉庙碑:
   仓颉天生,德于大圣,四目灵光,为百王作宪。
“Cang Jie was born from heaven. He was enlightened by the
greatest sages. His four eyes shine with sharp light. He made
laws for a hundred kings.”
