Go back to the Control Panel and click on "Network and Internet" and then click on "Network and Sharing Center". This will show you a list of network connections. If you are connected to the internet using an Ethernet cable, the connection you are probably interested in is "Local Area Connection". Otherwise, if you are connected wirelessly to the internet, you want "Wireless Network Connection." Double-click on it to bring up a window with information about the connection. Click on the "Details..." button to view information about your IP address.
The MAC address is the Physical address.
