- sizeof; note that size of pointer equal to array is also 8
- little more than half on pointers and arrays and pointer arithmetic; unify with prior lectures?
- rearrange array slides to talk about reassign first, and then sizeof can be all together
- need to speed up heap discussion; not enough time across 2 lectures to get through everything needed for realloc

Spring 24-25

- good timing, just enough time to get through free!  Thoguh perhaps trim some details and just cover core idea in this lecture, and then introduce additioanl details next lecture?
- diagram for free was helpful showing stack ptr vs. heap space and what is touched vs. not touched.
- mention that free doesn't zero out memory?
- update learning goals to include free()
- have a slide for free of "don't do X" or "make sure to not do X" bullets to show examples of invalid uses
- require set to NULL after free?
